Build new reception, meeting rooms, Boiler room, W/C facilities and Canteen facilities with Kitchen.
1st floor
Construct new offices to projects dept, accounts dept, MD’s office and general offices.
External:-
Remove trees / debris from the riverside. Install new handrail to the riverside and flag the area. Install all new Upvc windows. Brick up entrance to the cellar and infill the stairs. Flag the roof to make a 1st floor patio.

Not bad for a ceiling & Partition company!

Cut out opening for external door and form 1st floor patio with decorative safety rails.

We may not be a kitchen fitting company but our joiners fitted this kitchen from Space Kitchens of Blackburn.

Finished reception included new dry-lined walls, partitions and suspended ceilings. Note bespoke vision panels to the doors.

All completed on the 1st floor.

Canteen facilities for all staff.
