Refurbishment of an old school from classrooms with old-style high ceilings and painted brick walls to an insulated dry line system using the latest technology in thermal Insulation.
The project was completed through a local construction company who gave us just 6 weeks on site to transform 4 classrooms, the reception and a long corridor.
Work included:-
Stripping out of existing services.
Tape & Joint all the walls
Dry line all walls using the 60mm thermaline boards on the Gyp-liner system
Install the latest Acoustic Ecophon floating ceilings
Install new suspended ceilings throughout.
Ecophon floating ceilings to give the best acoustic properties possible for a classroom.
Flush walls and ceilings make a pleasant environment to replace the
old fashioned school.
New partition walls with glazed apertures to allow as much natural
light as possible into the classrooms.
